About Chronometer

This free tool is brought to you by Auronix Space, a one-man operation started by a 17-year-old high school student who just wanted better tools to help him stay organised, on task and on top of schoolwork. And the tools? He built them from scratch, and Auronix Space was their home.

If Chronometer has been useful to you, please visit https://auronix-space.auronixspace.workers.dev/ to see more tools like this one. There you can browse everything else he's built, read the full story, and even chip in to help build what's next.

Thank you! 💗

How Chronometer works

Chronometer gives you a precise stopwatch with lap tracking, plus as many independent countdown timers as you need — each with its own duration and its own sound on/off toggle. Switch between digital and analog display, pick a theme, and everything keeps counting accurately even if you switch away to another tab and come back later.

How your data is saved

Chronometer only saves your theme preference on this device, using your browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to a server. Your stopwatch laps and any timers you set are temporary — held only in memory for this session, and cleared the moment you close or reload the page.

Support Chronometer

Chronometer is free and always will be. If you'd like to help fund future features, visit https://auronix-space-donate.auronixspace.workers.dev/ to donate — every bit helps.
